Pre-Made/Made to Order Items: Please allow minimum 1-5 business days for shipping. 

International Orders: Please know that Counterfeit is not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your countries customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees. 

Lost/Damaged Packages: Once we have handed in your items to USPS, UPS, or DHL we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged goods. However contact us at, counterfeit.clothing.18@gmail.com. We will help you place a claim with the carrier your items were lost or damaged with.
